More precisely: From today on we will enforce a strict rule for all top-level comments: They have to be quotes from the article, preceded by a blockquote (">" symbol), not longer than 500 characters in length with no added commentary. This is to address the rampant commenting-without-reading-the-article epidemic that has taken a hold in r/worldnews. Making up a quote is a violation of intergalactic law punishable by exile for at least 2 aeons.
